The hotel is superbly located right in the center of Madrid, making it ideal for exploring the main sightseeing routes and enjoying the vibrant shopping scene. The rooms offer lovely views, but noise from neighboring rooms can be a downside. The service, with the exception of one kind lady at the front desk, lacks friendliness and enthusiasm. The dining options are decent, with some room for improvement, but the fabulous location makes up for it.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of all the action with great access to sightseeing and local attractions. The rooms, although with a balcony on Gran Vía, only overlooked the back side street, and I wish breakfast was included in the price. While it can get quite noisy at times, I don't blame the hotel for that.
